i just wanted to take a few moments to share some highlights from the workshop i went to 2 weeks ago. i wish i could have had these done sooner, but with the trip to Seattle it was a little difficult! so, here they are now…
we started with the newborn shoot on Saturday afternoon.
this little girl was the older sister of one of the other newborns.
she was just so cute that we had to take her outside to the courtyard area and get some shots of just her!
on Sunday afternoon, we had the opportunity to do some family portraits on the Huntington Pier. thank goodness we had just learned how to meter because the sun was directly above us and as bright as could be! the families were all so sweet, and i just had such a blast with this shoot…

this poor little girl, Riley, was not a happy camper towards the end. some of the other girls got some great shots of her smiling and laughing, but i decided to wait til she was crying to stick my camera in her face. poor thing!
she was much better once Brian picked her up though.
such an amazing weekend! i am so so so grateful for the opportunity to experience what i experienced. it awakened my soul! thank you again Me Ra and Brian.
