this is my baby…Chandler the Bing =) and even though it has nothing to do with the rest of my post, i just wanted to share a photo of him because he’s adorable!
i just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your support and encouragement. from my family (thanks for reading my blog all the time, mom!) to the people i’ve never even met…thank you! i’ve met some awesome new people in just the few months since i started my business, and i can’t wait to meet many, many more. i’m just getting started and i feel like the possibilities are endless!
for those of you that don’t know, tomorrow is my last day at work! you know what this means, right? that’s right, you’re gonna see a lot more blogs and tweets and facebook posts from me! haha! i’m just teasing. but in all seriousness, i can’t tell you how excited i am to have this opportunity to pursue this dream of mine. i’m a little freaked out, too, but at the moment the excitement and long to-do list are outweighing the fear =)
i have so many ideas and things i want to try. i’m sure some of them will fail, but that’s cool. that’s how we all learn, right? but just the chance to actually TRY is priceless, and for that i’m so grateful. of course, there are some other silly things that i’m looking forward to, also: sleeping more than 5 hours a night, eating breakfast before 11am, working out (maybe), cooking more (doubtful), being home with my puppy more (i love you chandler!), grocery shopping without the rest of the city, etc.
i’m so glad that i had this opportunity to work at Loma Linda. i met some wonderful people that i hope to remain close to for a long time to come.
but a new chapter of my life is about to begin…

You are so cute honey! I look forward to being a bigger part of your life AGAIN! I’ve missed you so much! As far as grocery shopping without the rest of the world…awesome! Sleeping… awesome! Cooking…ya,doubtful! But you will be so busy shooting that it won’t matter…right? I’m so proud of you for having the guts and knowledge to move forward. I admire you so much, and I admire Stephen for believing in you and supporting you. You guys are great and I love you both to pieces! And money??? who needs it…right? Jo, OMG you’re not silently stalking me anymore! I really am gonna miss seeing you everyday, but can’t wait to go to lunch. Maybe we can even start next week?! You have been SO wonderful to work with, I can’t even begin to tell you. And I have learned so much from YOU, so i think you got that backwards =) I’ll help you set up that Twitter account, then other people will think you’re really popular too when you leave work and your phone starts blowing up with messages…haha!
