happy hump day! and happy Thanksgiving week! i’m not doing any of those online things where i say something that i’m thankful for every day this month, but that doesn’t mean i’m not thankful for all of the amazing blessings in my life. i feel SO grateful that i am reminded of these blessings throughout the year, thanks to all of you – every time i have the honor of photographing the love between two beautiful people, i think about my amazing husband. when i’m capturing a child’s innocence and joy during a family session, i think about my Zach. when i witness the love and playfulness between siblings, i think about my awesome brother and sister. and the list goes on and on. i am constantly reminded of how precious life is. how fleeting time is. and how important it is to always tell the people in your life how much you love them and how special they are to you. so, i encourage you to pause and be thankful, not just this week or this month, but throughout the year.
today, i’d love to share some photos from Megan & Zane’s beautiful wedding in Redlands, CA. these two have known each other since they were kids and have a connection i remember dreaming about when i was young. i mean, seriously, how cool would it be to grow up with the boy that you end up marrying and starting a family with?! one of the things that i love most about these two is how fun they are! they were up for anything…even jumping on the bed.
