from Co…It’s hard to put into words just how much this guy means to me. God has truly made such a wonderful creation in Albert, and I’m so blessed to call him husband and have him as my forever sidekick. I remember waiting and looking out the window for him when he would come to pick me up and how I would get butterflies. I still feel this way after 10 years. The last time this happened was this past Valentine’s Day, when he drove over an hour to my house to give me flowers and a kiss. I love and appreciate his thoughtfulness. It’s the little gestures that matter the most. Albert is so very sweet with me…most people don’t know just how much of a sap he is. 😉 He still holds my hand all of the time, and I love how secure and loved he makes me feel. Albert is kind, thoughtful and I love the way he loves me – with all his heart. He is my constant support when life gets tough and is my peace in the storm. He keeps life fun with his humor and we laugh everyday. He makes life so much better. I remember the night he proposed. We were sitting outside by a fire pit looking out across the whole city. We noticed an older couple sitting outside cuddled together. Albert told me that would be us someday, and I love the thought of that….of all the wonderful things ahead that we will get to share together 😉
from Albert…Colleen and I first crossed paths over 12 years ago. My initial thought was “wow, she’s really cute”. We chatted at the BBQ but nothing serious ever came out of it. Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought that we would’ve ever gotten to this point. We kept crossing paths throughout the following months then finally I realized that this was something special. And special it was!!! Colleen went from “the girl I was talking to”, to my girlfriend, to my fiancé, to my wife….and will always be my BEST FRIEND. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us…more adventures, great memories, kids, whatever we encounter…I know that I will always have Colleen…CoCo Bear by my side. And that makes me smile 🙂

Wow wow wow. These photos made me cry. Not only was I there to witness this joyous occasion, but Jess, you and Stephen caught all the emotion, all the warm-heartfelt feelings that were expressed on that special day.
