a week ago today, Joni & Blaine celebrated one of the most exciting days of their lives…their little girl is now officially home forever!
the two of them decided to adopt a long time ago, but weren’t able to get around to taking classes together until May of last year. within a few months of getting certified, they met “O” 🙂 things moved pretty quickly and within no time she was living with Joni & Blaine. i imagine the longest and toughest period of time for them has been the last 6 months…waiting for the official Adoption Day! we couldn’t have been more excited for them as everything was finalized last week, and what better way to celebrate than with their first official family photo shoot 🙂
“O” is hilarious! she has such a big, fun personality…here are some of her silly faces that had us cracking up!
and, of course, the sassy pose…
we introduced her to rollie pollies and snails…she named them and fell in love.
