i was introduced to this gorgeous couple by one of our other gorgeous couples, Co & Albert! i already knew we would hit it off the very first time we met Mike & Mandy. for those of you that haven’t met our first child, we are dog people. we decided to meet up at a local coffee shop and they brought their dog…a husky named Thor 🙂 and he is just so darn cool! oh, and did i mention that they love watching “Friends” reruns just as much as we do!
on the outside, these two might seem very different…Mandy is a nurse and Mike is an aquatics director at a fitness center. she likes to search Pinterest for I Love Lucy schemes for DIY projects. he likes to hunt. but they come together and couldn’t be more adorable. they both share a love for Disneyland, and Mike knows things about that place you wouldn’t believe. and they couldn’t be more in love with each other. at the end of the day, one of their favorite things to do is cuddle on the couch and watch a movie, with Thor at their feet of course 🙂 they have the best proposal story, but more on that on their wedding post 🙂 let’s get to the photos!
we met in Laguna Beach, where they had their first “official” date on October 6th, 2009 🙂 the first date was really the day before, when they went and saw “Toy Story” in 3D in gym clothes. see…aren’t they adorable?!
we started downtown & just walked around a bit before heading to Crescent Bay to take some photos on the beach. (FYI Crescent Bay is like Laguna’s best kept secret…LOVE this place!)
