Jess, I agree with Christina; you’ve done an amazing job at interpreting the messages in the book. Thank you so much. By the way (and this is a small point): Sam’s success wasn’t *because* he shifted to working with non-profits but because he learned that selling was not about him or the product but about serving and bringing value to others. It was after he became successful that he began working with non-profits. Again, a very small point and nothing that anyone but a coauthor would ever notice. 😉 Again, please know how much your interest in the book and your writing about it is appreciated.
